Head of Devolved Nations for Asthma + Lung UK. Campaigning for better services for the 1 in 5 people affected by lung conditions.
With hindsight, I probably shouldn’t have gone for a run this morning. It wasn’t as icy as I feared but there were some slippy pavements on the way back, forcing me to go on the road. Nice to go for a run, but probably a bit dangerous

Merry Christmas to everyone living with a lung condition in the devolved nations. Merry Christmas also to all our amazing volunteers, health care professionals and supportive politicians, who work with @asthmaandlung.org.uk to improve the lives of people with lung conditions
