Stayed at my parents' place in the Netherlands for Christmas and my mom kept telling me to put on a sweater because "nobody wears t-shirts inside here since the gas got so expensive", and I'm like, where I live I don't even have central heating, and here I can finally wear t-shirts inside.

At (at least) some of Schiphol's concourses, the only way to go to the restroom (any restroom) is by going down a flight of stairs. There are no elevators nor any other alternative ways to get there. The message: people with physical disabilities are not supposed to use the restroom.

Majority of PVV voters are against radical positions regarding islam, against abolition of climate policy, against abolition of the public broadcasting organization and culture subsidies, against Nexit. Only asylum stop and social agenda are widely supported.
Interessant dit. Meerderheid van PVV-stemmers is tegen radicale islamstandpunten, tegen afschaffen klimaatbeleid, tegen afschaffen NPO en cultuursubsidies, tegen uittreden uit Europa. Alleen asielstop en zijn sociale agenda krijgen volop steun.

Every time some long term dispute involving the UK and some other country comes up - the Malvinas, the Elgin Marbles - the UK government refers to it as "long settled". By which they mean long settled for the UK, but not for the other party, otherwise the issue wouldn't even come up.
