I would like to retract this statement after being shown evidence to the contrary. I also take this opportunity to clarify that I do not fully consider the xenomorph always a femenine coded monster, very often they're twinks
A huge part of the Predator fanbase are people wanting to be cracked by the 10 feet tall long haired lizard guys with tribal tats but not that many Alien fans want to get freaky with the xenomorph. Women outgoon men once again I guess

The new predator is very much a modern blockbuster that most often than not treats the audience like they're 12. Can't say I had a bad time though, I would've loved it to death when I was 12
