This is specifically in reference to copyright claims against the Icelandic entry in Eurovision:
Hebrew isn't exactly a common language in Iceland, musically or otherwise. I honestly think it's weird that the first thought is plagiarism and not coincidence.

..... Okay I'll be honest, I heard the Joost song and I'm not upset. It's not a great song, but the message of "the EBU needs to get off the fence" made enough sense.

My feelings regarding Poland's national selection: I'm happy.
Daria proved that she can sing live, she just needs a better song.

I keep complaining about Norway this year, not because the songs are all bad, but because there's only 9 of them and that's not enough to make room for anything truly special.
Turns out they sent that one to Ireland instead.

🇳🇴 Has decided to take a year away from the ESC grand final, apparently. Their spot in my top ten will go to an unlikely underdog in 🇲🇹, where every song in the final bangs.
I was right about 🇪🇪,🇫🇮 and🇭🇷. In the case of 🇸🇮, give me a few weeks.

-People can make drama out of anything
-I think less of Sodapoppin than I do of Thor for this
-World of Warcraft is a disease

Estonia this year reminds me a lot of Croatia's last year: a few standouts but overall not my thing.

Right, so: the chances of the Conservative party of Canada winning the next election is about 100% at this point, and I know that.
Even still, I can never bow to the Stormcloaks, so I'm willingly voting into a lost battle.
