More blatant jawboning. Amazon reportedly was considering showing customers the cost of tariffs. The President picks up the phone suppress this politically harmful info. The Press Secretary even admits they view this as “a hostile and political act by Amazon.” wapo.st/3Sgjil6
Trump complained to Bezos over report Amazon would show tariff impact
Amazon disputed a news report that it would display import fees, saying staff considered the move on its low-cost Temu competitor, Amazon Haul, but that nothing has been implemented.

It has been 34 days since Rumeysa Ozturk was snatched off the street for writing an essay in her school newspaper. The gov’t has provided no other basis for her arrest.

The 1st Amendment is no obstacle to tyranny if the government can jail a person months for expressing the “wrong” opinion.

I am once again asking the Trump Administration to please stop blaming my people (aka, the Jews) for its own censoriousness. Also, if the administration really wants to root out antisemitism, I have some excellent tips for it about itself and its party.

So proud of my neighbors in Wisconsin tonight. They showed that people will not stand for corruption.

The richest man in the world literally funneled cash to voters in exchange for their pledge of allegiance to his politics. Blatant corruption. Wisconsin voters rejected it.

Law school clinics do incredibly important work and the accusation here that representing people the government disagrees with is somehow a misuse of public funds (!) should alarm anyone in legal academia and beyond.
The fascists running our government are now targeting legal clinics for representing causes they disagree with

The president’s attempt to fire me doesn’t just hurt consumers. It also hurts small businesses like the ones we’re trying to protect in our lawsuit against Amazon.
