It's taken me many years, but in the past month I've changed position on this. Elon and others were way ahead. I hope @Jack checks the science and doesn't stay wedded to short form.

Several bits of advice are health-span and life-span extending.
The cancer risk I wanted checked doesn't exist :-), but two others are mildly elevated.
