I see it as less encouraging from KCC than it is the team in general. Kyra has great qualities & she's shown all of this before. Hopefully she can get a run to enjoy her football & really show the consistent level.

I still would rather see changes above Renée before any thought of change.
It feels uncertain to me how aligned the management were to give Renée what she maybe felt she needed.

Would add that Chelsea did sign probably the most promising LCB in the game in Veerle Buurman recently who, similar to Reid, ascended fast as a teen to be a starter and make senior international squads.
Might be best bet.
