lol it’s even more stressful when you have the wrong POA and had no idea that a new one was made up 6 years ago. And all this time it’s been at a lawyers office waiting for you to sign it…. Fuck sakes, glad this is over, Dads place is sold and he’s got money to invest and take care of himself.
I have just concluded to most stressful 96 hours of my life.All power of attorneys are located and safe, thank fuck! Without that stuff we wouldn’t be able to sell my parents house,deal closes on Thursday.One other hurtle is getting Moms vacancy tax cleared up for two years to remove the crown lean.

In the span of half a season we went from making the playoffs, to being competitive, to rebuild, to hybrid rebuild and now we’re at hybrid retool…. Up next is retool and then everything’s fine because we’re 3 points out of a WC spot due to the 10 game win streak

I’m going through some of my parents files and I’ve found a document dated 1937. With my Grandfathers signature on it right under the words “Heil Hitler”… history is crazy man.
