Senate Democrats walked away empty-handed, and don’t let anyone tell you different.

Tim Kaine and the others bought the lie that Republicans would negotiate on extending the ACA subsidies. They won’t.

Dems got played, Schumer failed to keep his caucus together, and the American people got nothing.

Congressional Democrats are livid after a handful of their Senate colleagues voted Sunday to end the government shutdown. Chris Murphy called it a mistake. Bernie Sanders called it “a very bad night.” And Ro Khanna and Seth Moulton accused Chuck Schumer of being ineffective & called for his removal.

NEW: Dems easily flipped the sheriff's office in Pennsylvania's Bucks County, a big swing county in the Philly suburbs.

So? The incumbent GOP sheriff had contracted with ICE. His Dem challenger promised to end the contract.

Now he wants other swing-state Dems to look at his victory as a lesson:

A populous, swing county replaced its GOP sheriff on Tuesday after months of controversy over his joining ICE’s 287(g) program. The Democratic winner promises he’ll end the contract.

This is the second time in our history that there has come back from Germany to Downing Street peace with honor. I believe it is peace for our time. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And now I recommend you to go home and sleep quietly in your beds."

This deal to reopen the government is fucking disgraceful.

Tens of millions will lose their healthcare. Trump will be emboldened.

This is exactly what’s wrong with Democratic Party leadership and why we need more people in Congress who will actually hold the line.

Chuck Chamberlain is not the man for the moment. If he gives evn an iota about the country, he will step aside and let a leader step in.
#GVerse MoveOn calls for Chuck Schumer @schumer.senate.gov to step down from leadership.

“Around 80% of MoveOn members that the group surveyed said that Schumer should quit his leadership position.”

It is time to let someone else take the wheel & lead!

Musk could make every one of his employees a millionaire, and he'd still be a billionaire. That would do more to solve hunger than this bullshit.
Elon Musk swears his robots will end poverty while he cashes a trillion-dollar check. The crowd cheers as he sells them a future where machines own the work and humans play pretend at purpose. He calls it progress. It looks a lot like slavery with better branding. 🤖💰
