It's sociopathic. Crosswalk lights on and with a stroller, I had to stand and wait at Ellice and Langside for a driver blasting through at 20+ over the limit last weekend. Santa Claus Parade a few blocks away, kids all over downtown, people do not care
We have to do something about the dangerous road infrastructure in this city, but we also need to do something about whatever happens in people's brains when they get behind the wheel of a car every single day. Drivers in Winnipeg are beyond reckless; many of them are violently antisocial.
