The worst Supreme Court in 100 years. Agencies are not mentioned in our Constitution. Only Congress can make laws, right? Yet, agencies make "rules," that have the force of law, all the time. It's a modern compromise to run a large, complex country. Congress kept a role in appointments & oversight.
