Jutellaan hieman pinnalla olevasta aiheesta, eli siitä, mikä on puolustusmenojen osuus BKT:sta, ja mikä vaikutus sillä on. Naton pääsihteeri Mark Rutte väitti, että Euroopassa kaavailtu puolustusmenojen korottaminen edellyttäisi sosiaaliturvasta ja eläkkeistä leikkaamista.
