My toxic trait is that I narrate my dogs’ thoughts out loud in funny voices. And no, I am not ashamed. And no, I’m not going to stop.

Got to Chautauqua today for some trail fun in the 60° temps. Lots of slush and mud, so I kept it short, but it felt great to be out in the mountains for a bit! Can’t wait for trail season. 😋

Friends are always asking if I’m still acting. Read the honest truth over on my Substack page!

I saw a post saying that the use of “em dashes”—the long hyphen used to add emphasis—is a sign that the text was likely written by AI. Which is a bummer if true… I really like using that little guy!

Interesting perspective about the difficulties of going without single-use plastics for a month. I might like to try this, TBH!
My no-plastic life: I tried to cut out single-use items for a month – and it almost broke me
Sourcing fruit and veg without wrapping was hard enough, but finding an eco-friendly way to brush my teeth was its own world of pain. And as for my 6pm crisps fix – forget it
