Most people fundamentally misunderstand what “MVP” means.

MVPs have become bloated product releases, instead of being a small nugget of usefulness released over and over again until it’s no longer “minimum” anymore.

He’s actually unintentionally describing a PROPER mvp here.

A lot of corps simply just don’t know how to innovate, and startups end up eating their lunch.

To survive, you have to build an internal system to incubate, grow, and disrupt from within.

Stay rooted locally.

If you have a local chamber of commerce, I’d highly recommend you join. It’s one of the most meaningful town squares you can engage in.
