Armed ICE officers arrested a teacher early Wednesday in Chicago after chasing her onto the grounds of a private preschool and grabbing her as parents and students looked on, according to a local official and witnesses.

The Illinois legislature last night passed a transit funding bill without including the proposed tax on realized gains, or the also-fraught entertainment, streaming, and delivery taxes. There will be a .25% sales tax increase in the RTA counties.
