Cincinnati being a finalist for NWSL expansion is not surprising. Does have a clear advantage in that the infrastructure is already in place, while Denver and Cleveland both need to build stadiums. Cleveland recently secured land but both that bid and Denver's mean temporary venues for Year 1.
