I've been enjoying Hearthbound a lot. I especially loved the "I'm nobody" inclusion. An unexpected benefit of listening to Hearthbound is that I might finally be ready to read my copy of Emily Wilson's translation of The Odyssey <3

I've just listened to the finale of @jochiang.bsky.social's Hearthbound.
The entire 10 episodes have been beautifully realised. Who'd have thought relocating the Odyssey to a post-apocalypse US West would work so well? Jo did, & it does.
At the last catharsis, though this is no tragedy.
