How can we organize a Global Strike that inspires millions of workers, overcoming their fear of retaliation or repression? Why aren’t unions internationally coordinated on a massive scale by now? I don’t understand why this solidarity hasn’t been fully realized yet.

I don’t think people in Europe, especially liberals, fully grasp what the American push for military Keynesianism in Europe represents. This will be the final nail in our coffin. From now on, war will be the norm, and it will come at the direct expense of our schools, hospitals, and public welfare.

Se a esquerda entrar em depressão, seguindo o conselho de fazer pausa (como se isso existisse em política e como se a reflexão não se fizessem em ação) apenas aprofundará a sua derrota. O conselho não vem de quem a quer revigorada, mas morta. Tem de se reinventar, não de fazer férias.

Dizer que PCP e Livre são esquerdas radicalmente diferentes é mais fruto do imaginário dos comentadores de direita do que da realidade prática. Ou muito me engano ou o decrescimento comunista é uma das bases ideológicas do Livre. Se não é, então não serve para nada.
