Every time I watch cricket I remember what TV with ads is like.

And I am grateful that I don't watch it.

Yeah I'm a bit excited that there's cricket at 13:20 AEDT today. And it's the Ashes.

Nice opening lines from Penny Wong in her interview on #insiders , bewailing the degradation of the Liberal Party as a serious political party in Australia, into a farce.

Love James Massola's t-shirt on #Insiders .

Sometimes it's an effort to get out of bed and trudge up my 30° inclined hill for my 6.75km walk, but it's always better when I do. Done my walk this morning in the cool sunshine. Feel great.

Tonight I'm having a night off. I still went for my walk. But after the last few rather stressful weeks I really need a night off.

I've been wandering around the house, tidying up and getting things ready for tomorrow and I couldn't work out what seemed wrong. Then I realised I didn't have TAFE or mentoring tonight. I mean technically I do have TAFE. And work. But not formal classes. So it feels strange.
