visual abstract for the study which concludes that serum galactomannan is unhelpful in patients with lung transplants due to poor sensitivity ROC curve for BAL galactomannan in diagnosis of invasive aspergillosis. The ROC is pretty decent (shows moderately good sensitivity and specificity) ROC curve for serum galactomannan for diagnosing invasive aspergillosis in a cohort of lung transplant recipients. Probably the worst ROC I've ever seen, where the curve approaches the diagonal (ie completely worthless)
