Blue line UCSD to old town beats the 5 south freeway most Wednesdays
Outreach started 10 years ago... I would guess bus islands and protected intersections are going to get axed.
For more than a decade, SANDAG has been planning to build protected bike lanes on a deadly stretch of University Ave from La Mesa to City Heights. But the project suffered a big setback when construction bids came in over budget.

And despite lack of rain, the sections of thesoccdf fields have been flooded for a month
Pretty exciting for the golf courses to get new pro shops and shiny concession buildings. Meanwhile, at Morley Field, parents show up early to fill gopher holes to make the fields usable and kids have to volunteer to clean the disgusting bathrooms.
