La pregunta es por qué nunca se habla de AGROECOLOGÍA. La respuesta es muy clara: la agroecología involucra el consumo, la soberanía alimentaria, la territorialización, la gobernanza de los recursos, las condiciones laborales, la cultura y tradiciones.

What is the role of a Living Lab to transform the food system. In this paper we found out that a LL starts with changing mindsets and creating social-ecological knowledge and later contributing to the scaling out and up.

Muy contento con que el living lab de Madrid Rural - Parque Agrario de Fuenlabrada haya sido aceptado como full member para la red del Partenariado Europeo en Agroecology Living Labs.

El "kit de supervivencia" debería ser un trozo de tierra y semillas. Ir abandonando las grandes ciudades y vivir en el campo se hace cada vez más necesario. La vida urbana "verde" se transforma en un espejismo que queda destruido por disrupciones abruptas en la logística de materias primas.
