The hardest part about being angry and learning to control pure rage is also learning how to put it to good use but not letting your honest, real anger turn into bitterness (poison to you) or hopelessness (a cloud of despair infecting everyone around you) before venting out the excess.

no shade to the op here, but i honestly think a lot of times when people are like "i can't believe the media ignored this story, it should have been front-page news," what they really mean is it should have been at the top of their social media feeds.
