I enjoyed #StrangerThings episode one. But I had a hard time placing every character and where they fit in. Or remembering what led us to where we are. A consequence of leaving it years between series. Still fun though.

After a week off work, I now contemplate the misery on an 8-hour shift on the phones tomorrow. Dealing with passive aggressive calls from TFLs customers from call one.
This job makes me so ill I could cry.
I just have to remind myself this misery is temporary. I will not work here forever.

Had to read some extracts from Lord of the Rings for my English GCSE. Learning about ‘setting’ and how writers use all kinds of techniques to set a scene. Anyway, I’ve ordered it from Waterstones. Never thought I’d read it but starting to understand why Tolkien is appreciated.
