Remembering today — Howard Holman Bell

A white guy from the plains who worked at the Library of Congress, then taught at Texas Southern, Morgan State & Howard. His work inspired the Colored Conventions Project. Never got to meet him, but he died on this day in the very same year we started the CCP.
