Cosmic Princess Kaguya! was an explosion of colour in celebration of vocaloid and online otaku culture. S+ production and designs with some catchy tunes, good comedic timing, and fun characters. The pacing and story composition felt a bit off at times, but overall a good watch

One unfortunate trend that I've noticed with theatrical releases of anime in the west recently is that a lot of them have been forgoing the subbed versions and just showing dubbed versions instead of doing both, at least this has been the case for the theaters in my city/country :(

i love @zackzwiezen.com reporting. this reminds me of something @matpiscatella.bsky.social told me once about how there's still like single digit numbers of copies of games like Chrono Cross or w/e sold regularly because some retailer finds them in a back room somewhere.
