Mayor Brandon Scott and Baltimore MONSE held a Vigil of Remembrance to honor Baltimoreans lost to violence, suicide, fatal overdose, and first responders fallen in the line of duty. It was a powerful evening of reflection, healing, and a continued commitment to creating a safer city.
