The one thing the orange guy has taught us — the only he actually knows in his damaged brain — is that delaying tactics work. Dems must seek to delay everything in every venue. Buy time like he does. It works. We need to buy two years until we can win back one or both houses of Congress.

These right-wingers on SCOTUS have become cartoonishly un-American. We need to ensure a Democratic White House AND a Democratic Senate to #correctthecourts with common-sense judges who will uphold the Constitution at every level.

@profjpc.bsky.social can you see any logic why Schumer is confirming judges months ahead of their vacancies (Yoon, DuBose)? Why not confirm today judges who can take the bench tomorrow? He seems to have no strategy.
