Finally took the opportunity to paint a mini using a Zorn palette. It's an experiment I've wanted to do for a while. I think it's turned out well, I need to practice more highlighting though.

Working on a blood bowl team commission at the moment, Orcs! This client wants a bit of blood and grime on them but not too much so it's a fun balancing act. Cool thing about these minis is they're wearing sports clothes rather than regular armor.

Kingdom Death High and Nolzur's aren't exactly weird stuff but Hasslefree is smaller and Twisted is FAR less popular than it should be.

Got my army completely painted and used it in a 3.5k match the other day. I also have fully painted a set of scenery for my table so things are looking good.

The upcoming Barrow Guard and Barrow Knights from GW are so great and exactly why I haven't purchased the older models. GW have been crushing it with skeletons for years.
My 3000 points is probably going to expand to 6k this year.

I mean, she's the pinkest thing I've painted in a long time. Also, apparently the pink that's there makes some people uncomfortable.

Having been in the hobby for more than 25 years, I'm now for the first time actually PLAYING Warhammer with an ARMY. This has led to the need for me to have an appropriately sized table and some terrain so I've been working on putting this together.

Pic shows right before the charge phase in my turn 1. Both charges failed.
Blood knights were wiped out after 2 turns but Arknaut Companies were wiped out on the same time by skeletons.
Top of turn 3 KO wiped off the board.

It's the hord of skeletons that make up for me only having blood knights as a hammer. They work hard and they play hard.
