You know that 'Luppy Luppy' guy people joke about from Sonic 06? That's what most of the NPC's in Pokemon Sun & Moon are like.
As someone that doesn't play Pokemon games, the dialogue in these games is so unnatural. Borderline AI generated crap.

What in the absolute fuck
In Super Mario 64, it is actually possible to escape from the grasp of King Bob-omb or a Chuckya after they grab Mario, by whipping the Control Stick back and forth and mashing the A button a combined total of 11 times before they throw him.

Honestly, most of the time? Big review sites and the like rarely focus on potential mechanical depth or intrinsic replay value.
Has there been a time where you felt reviews didn't focus on what you find important? Would love to hear game examples
Recently it's me with Mario Tennis and its multiplayer, I don't think it was possible to understand the mechanical depth prior to launch. You need online with high level players

I think part of the reason so few gamers care about arcade games from the 80's anymore is because, outside of Namco and Capcom almost no publishers are rereleasing games from that era.

Vanilla MVC3 is a bit rough but UMVC3 is still my favorite fighting game to this day. Such an incredibly fun time. My main team is Chris/Haggar/Sentinel. If you play/played the game, what’s yours? #MVC3 #MarvelvsCapcom
