As I get closer to my luteal phase, I feel my executive functions slipping. It gets a bit harder to stop scrolling, I stay in bed a lil later each morning, deciding what to eat for dinner becomes a struggle. This continues until I plummet into a stagnant blob of apathy & depression

The real ADHD test should be putting them in a baby playpen and seeing how long it takes them to lay down and start fiddling with the gadgets on the walls

Bluesky, I almost forgot to tell you that I met a tiny elderly purse dog (Yorkie) wearing holiday pajamas today. I got to give her a lil pat and when I was done her owner said "Hide" and the dog disappeared into the purse. Just thought you all deserved to know.
