As someone who studies conservatism, I wonder if Nick has reacted to Candace in this way bc although they have the same ideology, he can’t fathom a black woman entering this space. Essentially, white conservatives will still hold racist POVs toward black conservatives.

It still shows the same thing I’m saying, the majority of black people are socially conservative. They can’t look past the fact that he’s gay.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll keep saying it: THE MAJORITY OF BLACK PEOPLE ARE SOCIALLY CONSERVATIVE.
I’m not saying this is good or bad, but it’s a fact. Notice how I didn’t say ALL black people, just a majority…especially older black people.

Maybe my sarcasm didn’t come through well enough. That’s my fault. I thought the exclamation marks were enough. The part about a certain level of medical freedom was true, bc as a black woman I see the benefits of that. But the part about antivaxx being “great for them” was tongue in cheek.

Nope she made it her profile pic. Also, you gotta admit that both Biden and Harris provided us with enough material for South Park to make fun of them too. I’m not saying I don’t agree with their criticisms of the Trump admin. I’m just saying I like equal criticism bc I hate both parties.

Two things can be true at once:
1) You can laugh at and agree with the South Park jokes/criticisms of the GOP.
2) You ask why weren’t they (and others in the mainstream) this critical of the Biden admin, bc they definitely provided us with laughable material.

Such a beautiful woman before the surgeries. Same goes for Lara Trump! I support people getting work done if they want to feel better, but she just looks ridiculous 🥴

I’m someone wants to be antivaxx…fine! Great for them! I believe everyone should have a certain extent of medical freedom. However, spreading falsehoods does more damage than these people think. This went well beyond someone deciding not vaccine themselves. It’s so sick and sad!

As a gun owner, this is why I believe there should be strict regulations before buying a gun. Along with harder crackdowns on the illegal/underground gun market. Sick, conspiratorial idiots are killing hurting innocent people. This is so sad!

I’ve said it before and I’ll continue to say it: white liberals are often more racist than white conservatives. I would argue that it’s a more disrespectful racism too bc they use subtle racism and micro aggressions.

I don’t have a party but as a political nerd, this is what the Democrats need! They were becoming too nice bc the super duper liberals will cancel any and every one if they say anything too mean. Sometimes (most times in politics) you gotta clap back!!! Should be an interesting Democratic primary!
