#Dandelions are a wild food. The young spring leaves are a great green salad, and the older leaves are great when cooked or used as a pot herb. #DandelionDay www.canr.msu.edu/news/dandeli...

I relate to lack of time to shop, prepare or make healthy foods, staying on top of school work + my own job is a lot. Adding on meal planning can be put to the back burner. For example after a full day of class and I don't have a meal prepared I'll opt for fast food. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I looked into the carnivore diet, it is a form of keto, cutting out all carbs, fruits, veg etc. only eating animal products. This diet can cause increase in LDL and long term kidney function issues 😟 #beh214 @beh353.bsky.social

for a more nutrient dense diet, my coffee order is a shaken espresso w whole milk and caramel. Instead of whole milk I'd opt for low fat milk and either try sugar free syrup or less pumps of syrup. Overall I could definitely find ways to incorporate more whole grains #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I found it a bit hard to remember specifics of what I ate in 24hrs. Throughout each day I snack a lot so it was hard to remember what snacks I ate that day/how much. Dinner is my main meal each day. In the end I think it was somewhat accurate. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
