Day 7 of a 90 day challenge & I’m feeling much better than I did a week ago.

✅ daily protein shakes with spinach -helping me meet my nutrition goals
✅ daily exercise -hitting my fitness goals
✅ 10% closer to my ultimate goal

Long road ahead but I’m embracing the journey & loving the progress.

Day 4 of a 90 day challenge & first day back to work.

✅ 12 miles on the bike
✅ Protein shake
✅ Healthy lunch packed
✅ Smile on my face

Every single day, I’m amazed and proud of the incredible adults our children have become. Watching them grow into such remarkable individuals fills my heart with so much joy. Excited and optimistic about what the coming weeks have in store for them—and for all of us! 💕

During a girls’ trip to a “haunted house”, something unexplainable happened with my camera. A strange noise, a drained battery, and no logical answers. Curious? Let me break it down…

Me: I’m really working on my health and becoming more fit. Today I cycled 25 miles. 💪🏻
Also Me: I just baked 6 dozen cookies. Best I sample at least one of each dozen! 😉

I love the holidays but I’ll be relieved when life returns to “normal”

-15 right now and a low of -23 predicted for tomorrow. My plans to run errands were just modified to watching movies by the fire with a warm beverage.

I’ve been baking up a storm! Cranberry pistachio shortbreads, ginger snaps and the most decadent oatmeal raisin:) love this time of year❤️
