like, i want a found family of politically determined people. I want to do better, do more, know more, listen more, with a group of people I know are just as cynical and optimistic as I am.
All these musicians I grew up with—who shaped who I am—are hard launching their partners and families this Valentine’s Day. I’ve never even met half of them, but I mean… wow, we’re all adults now, huh?

when i hear 'this isn't the country i know' invariably it's not a minority saying it. this is the country Black and Brown people have known since there was a USA. keep that in mind when you say that you just want 'things to go back to normal'. 'normal' wasn't great for many of us.

My take on 2025 covid is unconventional because I'm immune comp. Seems to me the population is split into 2 groups: Group A considers covid "beaten" and treats it like a flu. Group B is super militant about covid but shockingly chill about every other airborne illness. Both are weird about it!
