Does it really matter if the Big East is poop, cause the way I see it I think it would be near impossible to not get at least 3 teams in March this year?

Seeing a lot of talk about the Non-Con
Comparing to the 22/23 season, X had only 3 quality wins (Florida, WV, UC) with 2 of those going to NIT and WV losing 1st round in NCAA.
Making assumptions about the rest of the Non Con, I can see 3 teams making the NCAA.
