Half update because I spent the weekend cuddling pals (11/?)

Page 11 of a pencil sketchbook.
Panel 1: The mechanitch is holding the open scroll canister one handed, and pointing to it with the other. She says "Oh, is that what you're worried about? Your car isn't that old, they started using hardpap in the 30's."
Panel 2: The wizard walks by, and the mechanitch's eyeliner follows her with a questioning look. The wizard says "that's not what i mean." with an emphasis on "not".
Panel 3 is a wider shot, the mechanitch kneeling in front of the car while holding the canister in both hands. The wizard is reaching inside the open driver's side door, though the reflection on the windshield makes it impossible to see what she is doing. The wizard says "you just told me my car's been disrespectin' this Lady. doesn't make sense to give Her less than the best!" The mechanitch is looking away from the wizard and her car with a lost in thought heavy expression. It's unclear whether she's focusing on the abandoned bong lead that the wizard has, somewhat hypocritically, in her haste let fall to the ground and get sandy.

Star Raiders Lockdown is straight up the worst TF figure I think I’ve ever handled. It can’t transform without breaking, its parts aren’t fun to use, absolutely no kibble configuration looks good and I hate the accessories. This mould is IMO the Legacy lines biggest stinker.

Panel 1: The mechanitch is suddenly in shellshocked-type thought, flashing back to a period where she was angry. In the thought bubble, she is in a more conventional outfit - a work tshirt with employee badge, and short sleeves. Her arms are raised (and slightly hairy), and has no gloves. She is standing to the side of a flowerpot-like automaton - robust mechanical hands and forearms, a conical head, and a tie and employee badge. The automaton has closed grooves where eyes would be, a spiky line mouth, and a cheek marking not unlike Pituccia's (but a different shape). The automaton has one hand on its hip and one hand raised, with a single finger pointing up. It has a ring on one finger, with a note saying "(he's taken...)" pointing to his ring. He says "PLEASE FO NOT ARGUE RELIGIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMERS." The mechanitch is loudly responding "BUT IT'S AN OBSERVABLE PHENOMENON, COBL! THEY'RE DEIMES!!!"
Panel 2: The thought bubble ends. The mechanitch smiles awkwardly and says "That's... a great point, Mg.!"
Panel 3: The mechanitch is attempting to remove the lid from the scroll tube, which is taking some effort - she's biting her lip. She says "It... has been argued... that patronic tech is a poor fit for cars. A machine weighing fifteen hundred kilos needs... to be more predictable than a-"
Panel 4: The lid successfully comes off with a loud POP!!, interrupting the mechanitch. She says "- God.", finishing her thought.
Panel 5: A close up of the wizard laughing, mouth wide open and forked tongue in view, with the mechanitch hunched over the lidless scroll tube in the background. She has an embarassed-type expression on her face, but a label does say she was "prepared this time". The wizard says "HAAA! that battle was lost the moment they put a sapien behind the wheel!"

Panel 1: the mechanitch is still hunched over, holding the scroll tube, and has just snickered involuntarily with a "sNnrrkt". In the background, the wizard takes another relaxed "fwwwt" from their bong lead.
Panel 2: the mechanitch goes a little further down, and has started giggling a little "pfffhe he he he he he", a tear coming to her visible eye. The wizard glances over with a smile on her face, clearly pleased to have broken the ice. However, there is an inset close-up of the wizard's face with a look of shock, with furrowed brow and surrounded by exclamation and question marks.
Panel 3: The wizard arms spread wide and mouth open wide, raises her voice at the mechanitch - who is now kneeling, one hand on the ground, and clearly about to put the tube on the ground. The wizard says "what are ya doin', lass!?", while the mechanitch mutters frustratedly "okay please stop interrupting."
Panel 4: A close-up of the still-gripped tube with scroll sparkling inside. An inset rounded speechbubble with the mechanitch's head says *The scroll needs to be corrected...". A similar, angular bubble just underneath with the wizard's head says "not on the dusty GROUND!!!"
