- น้ำมันตั้งกระทะร้อน เอามะเขือเทศลงไปผัดให้นุ่ม ให้น้ำมะเขือเทศไหลออกมาเยอะๆ (เราใช้กระทะเคลือบแบน)
- พอน้ำมะเขือเทศออกมาเยอะ ก็เทไข่(ที่ตีแล้วใส่น้ำปลาแล้ว) ลงไป
- ไข่สุกแบบไม่ต้องสุกดี แล้วใช้ความร้อนตกค้างช่วย ตรงกลางจะไข่เละผสมกับน้ำมะเขือเทศ
