My *official* intro post (ignore the first post made in 2023)

Comic artist, illustrator and, I suppose, writer; I'm currently drawing and co-writing a 14-part horror series called THE SICKNESS with @lonnienadler.bsky.social, and I've published a small smattering of horror shorts (some upcoming).

I am delighted to finally show off the cover I was fortunate enough to do with Tenebrous Press for OLYOKE, an incredibly dreamy, psychosis-inducing book. This might've been the most fun, cathartic and enthusiastic I've been with a cover piece, thanks to the contagious passion behind the team.
🔥💀COVER ART REVEAL💀🔥

As if this day couldn't be awesome enough, we have this wraparound cover art for @endwellian.bsky.social's OLYOKE, immaculately crafted by @jennacha.bsky.social

OLYOKE sets the world afire in March 2026! Much more info to come🖤☠️

The Night of the Hunter (1955) has influenced me in many ways, though it is a chief inspiration for The Sickness. With each page, I strive for my art to be guided by mid-century black and white cinematography. It's difficult, and I don't always succeed, but I try my best.

it's not necessarily a flaw if a story doesn't give you more of what you want from it

is it really so much for me to ask for a month long trip to scandinavia where I visit every single museum that has preserved bronze age bog bodies on display?
