The world’s leading genocide scholars’ association has passed a resolution saying that the legal criteria have been met to establish Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, its president says.

When the Ford government announced that it was forcing the Somerset West Community Health Centre to close its supervised consumption site, they quoted unsourced stats about local crime rates. They lied. Crime actually went down significantly when the CTS was open.

There is nothing “independent” or “civilian” about any police oversight agencies in Canada. It is incredible how people currently running these organizations can live with themselves clearing people and not having average community members who care inside doing the work to hold police accountable.
