Congress holds the purse strings and there are constitutional protections to ensure that the executive branch doesn’t seize that power. Trump and Musk’s strategy is to go faster than federal judges can act, and count on a friendly Supreme Court to “interpret” (modify) the Constitution when needed.

In the US, 54% of adults read at or below a 5th grade level. These are the people we need to somehow connect with and convince over the next four years. Education matters.
