If the US can simply choose to illegally invade another country,as Russia did in Ukraine, what’s to stop this from becoming a new global trend, where powerful nations feel free to invade and seize control of any country they desire? Are we heading back to the era of the Berlin Conference of 1884?

The real issue isn't just how international laws are being violated, but why these violations occur and what can be done to address them. Currently, it’s clear that some countries act as if they are above the law, which raises serious doubts about the very purpose and effectiveness of these laws.

If you were able to vote but chose not to, you share responsibility for the problems unfolding in the world today. Elections matter because they have consequences.

I nearly remarked that the government is now run by a group of children, but then I realized how disrespectful that would be to kids. In fact, many of them are far smarter than those in power.

The indictment of James Comey, the former Director of the FBI, shows the troubling state of affairs in the US today. Ironically, Comey, who helped Orange get elected, shows just how dire the political landscape has become. In fact,North Korea appears to be faring better in comparison.
