Summer streets need to be designed in winter.
This is our « mist-fountain » in Montreal’s Mainstreet Mont-Royal in the Plateau neighborhood.
It’s made of a giant loop connected to a fire hydrant.
A low cost installation that marks instantly a plaza and provides a cool public space.

Revision in progress of the 2026 summer ( and fall ) pedestrianization plan for Mont-Royal Avenue.

Le nouveau REM, avec 14 nouvelles stations connectées en son ❤️, et la ville intérieure, qui permet des rassemblements même à -25 °C, sont deux éléments clés de cette relance.

Le coût de la vie mesuré en temps moyen à dédier au travail ( selon salaire moyen ) selon trois époques à Montréal.
Il y a eu des périodes très dures.
