Shutting your laptop at the end of your working day and not opening it until the next is a big one. Also having apps like slack on your personal phone is fine but I keep all notifications _off_

Slept on this for a while but finally managed a play through of Gris. Beautiful piece of storytelling, incredible visual style. It's art but doesn't skimp on gameplay or emotional beats either. Anything similar I should be checking out?

If you really want to encounter a lot of views different from your own, go read some books. You don’t need right wing assholes screaming at you on social media for that. This can just be a place where you chill.
