Agrivoltaics is a win win option. Proud to be a part and of working with Lightstar Solar to obtain approval to construct a community solar project that will allow the landlord farm to grow hat in around and under the solar array!

Kudos to our AG but we need to do a better job providing diverse and affordable housing for all.
All New Yorkers deserve fair, stable housing, and I will always take on landlords who try to evade our laws for their own financial gain.
