Very clear eyed article. It puts Russia in the role of unscrupulous aggressor not just of Ukraine but of Europe. We do not like it, but it is a Russian choice, not ours. This will ask a bigger sacrifice from Europeans. And the best way to counter Russia is helping Ukraine survive as a nation.
