No son, they are not "magically delicious." The workers made them delicious. This is a slogan meant to mystify the social conditions of labor

Removing a post doesn’t remove the racism.

Just like redacting names doesn’t redact the truth.

Christians protesting injustice, oppression, nationalism, and the use of our sacred scriptures to justify evil isn’t “causing division.”

Christians justifying injustice, oppression, nationalism, and evil through the use of our sacred scriptures is what is causing division.

It should break every Christian’s heart that our faith was used as a political tool to bring our country to where it is today.

Big moment for Europe: in December, fully electric cars outsold petrol-only cars in the EU for the first time.

This shows that clear, consistent policy works. Which is exactly why backtracking now would be a mistake. Rolling back targets or creating uncertainty would slow investment and innovation.

Europe may begin selling U.S. assets in response to a new conflict with the US—a move that could trigger a dollar collapse, Bloomberg reports. Deutsche Bank analysts warn Washington’s key vulnerability is living off global financing—and Europe may decide it no longer wants to bankroll the U.S.

I started birdwatching during Covid to get outside and de-stress. It was therapeutic. Due to a myriad of factors I haven’t been able to do it much the last 2 years but it is abundantly clear that I need to start again. Spring can’t get here soon enough.

I really need @bsky.app to add an “I see what you did there and I agree with the sentiment but I can’t bring myself to hit a like button, because the fact it could be true is disturbing” BUTTON.

My wife travels several times a year for many years now, mostly @united.com because she travels with friends who fly United. Of all the times there has been 1 time where her luggage made it with her. Today, her first leg of the trip she made it but her luggage didn’t because “the plane is full”.

Checked the numbers and the farm bailout is definitely not funded by tariffs. The $12 billion comes from taxpayers through the Commodity Credit Corporation, which USDA taps like a credit line. Treasury fronts the cash and Congress later refills it with taxpayer money. It's debt.
