Maybe its just that I own a tv but when people say "Trump and the regime are doing this and the news refuses to touch it!" when I turn on the news they almost invariably are in fact talking about it pretty openly.

Tenchi Muyo! I had seen other anime as a kid, mostly heavily localized, but Tenchi as an extremely Japanese property with lots of boobs, action, and slapstick comedy hooked me completely.
