This has happened to me multiple times.
I was just scolded for using fancy academic language & talking down to someone.

The word I used (after being asked if I got provide citations)?

I nearly posted a photo of my shelves yesterday! Always good to see other people's books - and lots of them.

Mistakes happen! If you forget to insert that one sentence in a paragraph the solution is easy. Just draw a dude in a hood and he will pull the missing text to the right place with a piece of rope!

Oh yeah. I like to have books from different genres on the go at the same time. I can read a couple of lightweight romances at the same time so long as they are different enough in style. Doesn't seem to matter so much with non-fiction.

Ah well, if we're talking about an open-ended timeframe, I have several more I'm in the middle of, mostly non-fiction. The fiction usually gets read to the end fairly quickly.

That's actually not unusual, and sometimes depends on our stress levels. I'm not reading my usual four or five at the moment and I think that's down to stress.

I re-read a lot. Many of my zillion books are old friends.

I have been known to read five at once. I leave them in different rooms. At the moment, though, it's only two.

Is this what's known as loosely bound? I love this too. I have few books like it but I do love those that are!

Many commentators say that vigilante groups are never the answer. But they clearly don't know about the masked Ecuadorian trio named โ€œAcciรณn Ortogrรกfica Quito,โ€ who roam the streets at night with a singular purpose: to correct all the spelling and grammar mistakes they find in graffiti.
