Is weird I just came back from vacationing 3 weeks in Europe. Went to Switzerland, Italy, Greece , and Albania .
You would think I came back refreshed but somehow I feel anxious and tense.
It really is disturbing but I’ll get work through hopefully 🤞🏽

I found that I have been happier since I changed from coffee in the morning to orange juice. My doctor explained that it's the vitamin C and natural sugars, but I really think it's the vodka.
